Regrettably, this security option is not supported in current version. You would need to customize your solution to achieve this behavior. In general, in Site Manager UI you can show / hide CMSDesk link button according to current user’ s name and you can also check the user during logging-in CMSDesk. In required scenario, you can redirect given user to some “Access denied” page.
