Reseting admin password
Can someone provide a SQL query for updating the admin password.
I was unable to do so by editing the CMS_user table and leaving the field blank.
Thanks,
H. Kafel

RE:Reseting admin password
Hello,
You can use a query like this:
UPDATE CMS_User SET UserPassword = '' WHERE UserId = 53
This query resets Administrator's password.

RE:Reseting admin password
I've now gained access by using the built in 'silver' account and modifying its table entry so it's a global administrator. Even resetting the password in the system fails to unlock the administrator account. I have no idea why it wont work. We were just about to shift off of our free license and move it to a full version to take it live but now I cant get in as administrator.
Please help.

RE:Reseting admin password
Figured it out! The administrator was somehow set to a domain user.
