CSS Style Sheet File Staging

We chose to store all of our styles under
\\[ServerName]\kenticocms\App_Themes\[CustomFolder]\styles

\\[ServerName]\kenticocms\App_Themes\[CustomFolder]\pics

Reason (for those who care): we would like to be able to edit style sheets and images readily using tools of our choice without having to go through any copy/paste, check-in check-out procedure.

Question is ...

How do we use Kentico Staging to copy those files that we manually change to the production server?

(our regular kentico staging set up is functioning properly)
