I know I can create an entirely custom solution, but I was wondering if there was an easier way to utilize Kentico's functionality to allow users to upload images, and then have an administrator change that image and then make that file available for download to that user only?

I started with a BizForm with the file field, but I'm not quite sure how to make that image available only to that user again to download. I know you can put security on the entire form, but not specifically certain rows. Any ideas?
