Another info: seems like she was using IE the 3 last years and this year she upgraded to Chrome, which is why we received her message this year. We will tell her to continue using IE for that particular site for now, but we still need the issue to be fixed.
The site is version 4.1. As for the hotfix, seems like that info is missing in our documentation, so I can't say for sure.
As for the Event Log, there are no log created related to the bug.
Yes, I can surely send all needed informations but how should I send the support ticket?
