Incorrect Method Summary for BlogHelper.GetBlogsWhere

I think this method generates a WHERE clause for you, but the method summary in the XML comments says that it actually does the get for you.

GetBlogsWhere Method

Says "Returns DataSet with all blogs from specified site which are owned by specified user or moderated by specified user."

But it returns a string, and reflecting the code shows that it is building a where clause.

Could you please let me know what version of Kentico CMS are you using? I’m not able to find method called BlogHelper.GetBlogsWhere in Kentico CMS 4.0 or 4.1. You have posted this question to Version 4.x > Bug reports forum section. Are you using Kentico CMS 5.x?

If you are using Kentico CMS 5.x, then there is method called GetBlogsWhere in BlogHelper class which has indeed incorrect description. Thank you for letting us know about this issue. I’m very sorry for this inconvenience. We will fix this description issue in upcoming version of Kentico CMS.
