Hi,

What is the exact version of CMS you are using and also how are you adding the media files to the CMS?

As you can see in the documentation the media files (physical files) are not synchronized. Just the DB records and these tasks are logged under Objects tab and not Documents tab.

Full synchronization of media files is supported in version 5.x

In CMS desk, I am going to Tools > Media libraries > I select a media library to edit, click the Upload file link and upload a file. Afterward, there are no additional items in content staging under documents or objects. Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for the information - I used a hotfixed version but yours is without any hotfix. Regrettably, there was a bug in staging media files which was fixed right in the second hotfix. Please download the 4.1.21 hotfix package from our hotfixes page, follow the included instructions and apply this hotfix in order to fix this issue.
