Error In making New Site Using Wizard

I am able to make a new site using wizard in CMS Sitemanager. After making the new website when i click open live site i get the following error.

Input string was not in a correct format.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format.

Can anyone help me in this regard. I have not touched the code. The code which gets installed with set up has not been modified.
