Hello,

1. While exporting please check if you have selected all objects at Step 2.

If you use media library and want to involve physical files please find All objects -> Web site -> Tools -> Media libraries -> Export physical files at the same step (2) and make it true. It is unchecked by default even if you choose Select all objects option.

You may check exporting of ad-hoc templates at the same step in: All objects -> Web site -> Development -> Page templates
other templates are in: All objects -> Global objects -> Web site -> Development -> Page templates

2. Could you please check if you have selected all objects while importing the site? For example at Step 3 select the option: Select all objects
