you can download older version of Kentico CMS using:

http://www.kentico.com/downloads/KenticoCMS_M_m.exe

where

M- Major version number
m – Minor version number

Example:
http://www.kentico.com/downloads/KenticoCMS_3_0.exe
http://www.kentico.com/downloads/KenticoCMS_3_1.exe
http://www.kentico.com/downloads/KenticoCMS_3_1a.exe
http://www.kentico.com/downloads/KenticoCMS_4_0.exe
http://www.kentico.com/downloads/KenticoCMS_4_1.exe
