The file '/CMSTemplateLayouts/cms/toplogoandmenu.ascx' does not exist.

In CMS Desk, I get this error

[Error loading the layout 'Layout']
The file '/CMSTemplateLayouts/cms/toplogoandmenu.ascx' does not exist.

I can't find a file called toplogoandmenu.ascx anywhere, nor can i find a folder named CMSTemplateLayouts

I'm using the Corporate Website Template, I'm not sure if this has something to do with it?

It all had to do because the server is running in Medium Trust: http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/installation_in_medium_trust_environment.htm And I was not able to instaal the virtual objects in the live website, I need to do that on my local machine!
