(new to kentico)
Tried to google this one, but it doesn't seem like someone else have this problem, so I guess I'm the dumbass today...

I've installed kentico 4 and I've got the free licenses for the domains I need (and added them).
I don't want to try the trial

Question:
How to just get on to using the free version???

Problem:
I want to connect from other computers on my lan, but when I try that I get a reply that the license is restricted to localhost... That means the webserver is up and the cms is running -so, it's a license issue I guess...

Hi,

You need to add domain aliases into the properties for the website in Site Manager. This then allows you to browse by localhost, server name, server ip etc. If you have the documentation for Kentico search for Domain aliases and that will point you in the right direction. Also if at the top of the admin area it states about having only x days left for your trial remove the social networking licenses from Site Manager.

Hello,

In addition to Sahus suggestion:

You need the license key for the domain name that is currently used in URL when you are trying to view the site from other computers. Please make sure you have added license for this particular domain name.
