Cant enter to localhost site via IIS

I downloaded last trial version of cms, installed it on x64 Vista with IIS 7 activated. If I run cms in VS2008 it perfectly works, even instelled database over it. But if I try reach cms via IIS the brouser gives ErrorHTTP 500.19 - Internal Server Error: Requested page is unavailable because of incorecrt data configuration for that page: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\KenticoCMS\web.config.

What it could be? I reinstalled twice. All the same. thank you!

For example if you run your site in folder without appropriate permissions, this article deals with this problem(IIS 7 permissions).
