Hello,

We have tested one of the latest build of Kentico CMS 4.0 on IIS6 (Win2003) and II7 (Win2008) and the non-english URLs are working fine. So I hope that in the final version it will be OK.

Hi,

I am not aware of any particular issue with non english characters after the 4.0 version release nor there not needed any special settings in IIS7. Unless you are using language which contains non-ASCII characters or characters which are not defined by the standards for the URLs. Then you have to install that characters set on your machine, so the browser will be able to use these characters.
