I am new to Kentico and have been going through the tutorial this weekend. Most of the tutorial material works just fine on a fresh installation. But I am having problems getting the "simple web part" sample to work. It can be found at section 6.2 in the KenticoCMS_Tutorial.pdf document. I am able to create the HelloWorld.ascx web part in the VS 2008 OK. I can also add it to Web parts in the Site Manager. But there are NO properties listed on the Properties tab. See 6.2 #12.

I'd like to convert some of my simpler ASP.NET web sites to Kentico CMS as an evaluation for my boss to convince him to purchase one your products. We have a potential customer who wants to use Kentico CMS. So I'd like to get up to speed ASAP.

I'd like to know how to get over this hurdle, finish the tutorial, and give my boss and positive Kentico CMS evaluation.
