displaying Kentico Data in custom web application
Hi

I am trying to show kentico data through kentico API and controls in a custom asp.net web application. I follow all the steps given in Developer Guide but after building the application nothing is displaying.

I tried to debug the application but i think it is not connected to database. Coneection string is correct and in kentico cms control property "web.config is not instentiated properly" is coming....

Please help me...

Hi,

Could you please describe us your need with more details? What data you want to get from Kentico CMS? What code are you using to achieve this? Any additional details would be appreciated.

Just for reference, here you can find information about how to use Kentico CMS API and controls outside Kentico CMS project. Also, in that section there are also other topics and API examples which may be helpful.
