I need to setup a Kentico system so that there are a series of master accounts (businesses), and child accounts that are controlled by the master accounts (individual employees).

Does the grouping features of Kentico support this method?

The master accounts will have normal logins, but will be able to manage the child users underneath them (Add, edit, delete, activate).

The child accounts will essentially have the same functionality, but wont be able to manage users.
