restrict Workflow emails to specific site?

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone knows how to sort out a particular issue:

We have a client who have three separate sites running on one Kentico 4.1 install, and each of the three sites have a workflow scoped to the entire site. currently, when any one of the three sites have a document pending, the approvers for all three sites get sent an email.

Is there any way to get Kentico to only send emails to the approvers of the site in question? I had a look at the email templates section but that didn't have any options that looked like it would help.

Hello,

you could create one workflow for each site which would have the custom workflow step. The custom step will have just one role which will be able to manage it (the roles may be called according the sites).

Then the editors of site1 will have the role: site1, site2 editors will have the role: site2 and the workflow e-mails will be send only the appropriate editors.
