Do you use default transformation? Could you please provide us with transformation you use for displaying content on the page?

Moreover where exactly is it cut off? Does this issue occur on the live site? Or is rather matter of insert form? If the form on the Form tab is the case, please take a look at: Site Manager -> Development -> Document types -> Blog post -> Fields, choose the field you have issue on and make sure you have selected Long text as an Attribute type.
