Root document types
Hi,

We run multiple sites and would like to limit the choices of pages that editors have when creating new pages from the root. For example from SiteA we want editors to be able to create Page (menu item) and Folders, but editors of SiteB need to be able to create Page (menu item), Folders, Products and some custom document types.

I know how to changes the "Child types" that can be placed under the Root, but I don't know how to change this on a per site basis or if this is even possible.

Can anyone advise?
Many thanks,
Kevin.

RE:Root document types
Hi,

This can be done by adding users from different sites into different user roles. Then in Administration -> Permissions when you select the Document types, you can grant appropriate role with permissions for each document type.
