Transformation 'Community.Transformations.MessageBoard' not found
I am getting the following error when trying to save message board web part properties:

Transformation 'Community.Transformations.MessageBoard' does not exist.

Where would I add the transformation? I could not find it on the Root document type.

that transformation is related to Community – Transformations document type (code name: Community.Transformations).

I do not see the Community – Transformations item listed in SiteManager->Development->Document Types. Do I need to create the Object type myself?

Hello,

yes - or maybe the easier way woud be to install the sample Community Site (it could be stopped) and use that document type with its transformations from it.
