We are seeking a firm to setup/install Kentico 4.0 for us on Amazon's Elastic Cloud hosting infrastructure. We will also likely need consultative and admin assistance as we move forward. We will be adding templates, etc. to this "development environment" and then will likely need assistance with taking our site live. Please provide a quote for the initial service and then ongoing hourly fees. Would also be interested in ongoing administrative services for our servers, setting up Machine Instances, upgrades, monitoring, etc. for a monthly fee.

We are seeking to get the install done in the next 24 - 48 hours.
