Fast-growing network of local websites for parents is seeking a lead developer and technology manager with 5+ years of experience and a great passion for consumer web technology and social media.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage and execute projects independently and help other team members do the same
• Build and lead a small team of developers and tech support staff
• Set technology strategy and development processes
• Work with founders on product and business strategy
• Stay abreast of industry, technology, language & process trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team

Required Skills
• Demonstrated experience with ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server - Kentico a major plus
• Extensive knowledge of HTML, strong CSS skills & Javascript
• Linq to SQL, object oriented design and JQuery
• Experience with web analytics tools
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience integrating social media (Facebook, Twitter), mobile platforms and major email services
• Experience with ad servers a major plus
