Cannot see Edit Form via CMSDesk

Hi,

We have upgraded our Staging server to kentico 3. Today, we have deployed the new code and copy the whole database across to production. Everything works fine except that when I go to the CMSDesk and click any item, then click "Form" tab. It doesn't show me the form.

The url that it tried to go to is something like below.
http://www.avjennings.com.au/cmsdesk/content/editframeset.aspx?mode=editform&nodeid=11677

I can see that if instead, I go to the url below to edit the form, I can see it.
http://www.avjennings.com.au/CMSDesk/Content/edit.aspx?nodeid=11677

So, it's not a permission problem. Any advise?

From which version have you upgraded to which version (3.0, 3.1 or 3.1a)? Have you copied all the files from the upgrade package? Have you upgraded the CMS project or the solution with source code? It's Version: 3.0 Build: 3.0.2953.

I have copied "everything" the whole file structure and backup and restored the database.

The files and db mentioned above, are copied from our staging server. Which we ran the upgrade and it has been tested and it works ok. But, when we copied everything to production. The edit "Form" doesn't work.
