Emails sent by Kentico contain multiple Content-Type in the header
Content-Type: text/html; format=flowed; delsp=yes; charset="UTF-8"
Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8

This causes Antigen for Exchange to filter out the the email with Filter name: "IllegalMimeHeader"

This was bug in some older versions, but it should be fixed in version 3.1a. Could you please upgrade to version 3.1a to fix this issue?
