Hello,

You can change these labels in the "CMS Site manager -> Development -> Document types " select the Event document type and enter the "fields" tab. There you can change the labels of the fields for this document type.

You can find a guide through creating custom fields and altering them in the following chapter in our developer's guide at http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/defining_a_new_document_type.htm.
