multiple contacts in a contact form
Hi - I have about 10 people who would normally get an individual contact form but I'm hoping to minimize that someway. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, I'm not able to understand your request correctly. Could you please try to describe us your request in more detail way? Are you writing about BizForms?

There is Alternative Form feature in Kentico CMS which you can use in BizForms to have different layouts for your BizForm. For more information about Alternative Forms please refer to following documentation:
