Is there an option where a logged in user cannot use the "up" and "down" arrows to move a menu item up and down and when they right click on a menu item they cannot "sort subsection".

Hi,

The source code of the administration interface is delivered always. So, you can find appropriate frame page where the buttons are placed and in the code behind you can check the user persmissions using our API and in some decision statement you will decide whether to show them or not. I hope it makes sense.

Sorry for the confusion but I wrote that the source code for administration interface is delivered always - I meant that these code files are available in the project for every license edition. You do not need to purchase the whole source code license.
