I just installed the Corporate Site ASPX andtry to follow your tutorial (page 23 of pdf), but when I create a New Document (Page menu item) in the tree view under Categories I don't find "Template with editable Region" (I see only Blogs, Images AspX, Special Pages, WebParts)

So, how can I create a new page based on a predefined template ?
