I have a client that would like to have a registration form for a conference but they would also like to be able to take a payment with it to on submission...my question is what is the best approach for this, bizforms or the ecommerce piece?

Also we are running 3.1a if I have an option to upgrade 4.0 is that a route I should take to accomplish the above task?
