YAF Integration

My client has indicated that they are not really happy with the standard forum functionality of Kentico, and as much as I would like to stay with the kentico forum they want to use something a little more feature rich.

Has anyone looked at integrating something like YAF (Yet Another Forum) (http://www.yetanotherforum.net/default.aspx) into Kentico? If so, any pointers or plugins that I should know about?

thanks for the questions.

I have good and less-good message for you:

The good is, that in the upcoming version of KenticoCMS, there will be large improvements in forums. Please see KenticoCMS Roadmap, section Forums, at http://www.kentico.com/cms-asp-net-features/Roadmap.aspx

The new forums will offer features comparable to YAF or phpBB forums.

The only catch is, that you'll have to wait for the release, which is scheduled for this November.
