I need to run a 3.1a site using html extensions, but I am receiving a 404 error on the pages created. My host is using IIS 6 on Windows 2003. I have set the following, but still no luck. Are there additional changes that need to be made to IIS or web.config?

Site Manager -> Settings -> select Global or particular web site -> URLs -> set Friendly URL Extension value to .html
