Is it possible to change the language to farsi?
I wonder if it is possible to change the language of kentico to farsi, I mean all of the pages, links, buttons, and practically all of the texts in kentico package...

Yes, it's possible to translate the UI in any language. Please see the following articles in Kentico CMS Developer's Guide:

Version 2.0 that will soon be released fully supports RTL and LTR configuration with a sigle web site.
