Could any one please give me a suggession to solve this issue

Say I have 10 authors, and each one has access to a different page and that page only. So that is 10 separate authors accessing 10 separate pages and nothing else.

I cannot see how I achieve this function. I can set up new users easy enough, and give them rights of author or editor etc, but cannot see how to further edit their permission to lock them to a page or area."
