[BUG] Stopping in middle of create new document template

Click new and start creating a new document template, enter a display and code name, then hit next.

Now hit the back button or anything else to stop going through the wizard. The entry is partially created, and now you cannot create a mapping with that code name because it says it already exists.

Were you able to delete the non-finished document template? If not, I will be happy to help you remove it. Best Regards,
