Hi,
please see here: http://devnet.kentico.com/downloads/KenticoCMS_WebParts.pdf for more details (p. 62).
You would add our web part and fill the properties according your needs.
Please note that you need to generate a google maps key for your domain. For more details please see Sign Up for the Google Maps API: http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html
