Even though December is considered as a partly “holiday time” filled with preparations for Christmas and New Year’s Eve and of course, their celebration, we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of newly submitted websites from which we chose the best ones.


Pan Macmillan wanted to build a customer facing website that would provide their readers and booksellers with exclusive rich content.  With help from MMT Digital this requirement was achieved over an impressive 8 month period due to the large number of out of the box web parts and document types available within the Kentico CMS. In addition to this the Kentico CMS allowed the new web solution to communicate and integrate with existing 3rd party solutions.

Snooze needed to bring more focus to their impressive product line - online.  The design team at Get Started removed visual clutter, simplified the overall UI and design, giving Snooze customers a cleaner, more immersive user experience. The site was developed in Kentico CMS to provide the best option for product and content management. The new site has been well received by the client and the public.

Weiman is a leader in the surface care industry. WiredViews created the functionality to allow visitors to not only find their favorite products based on category, but to be able to search for where to buy those products and write testimonials directly on the product detail pages.  Not only has the site proved a useful resource for the customers, as seen by the large increase in visits since it's launch, it has also greatly benefited the backend users, as custom Kentico modules were built to allow internal users to easily manage retailer location data.

The new website is part of Mighty River Power’s strategic goal to improve their brand perception and relations with stakeholders. The website incorporates a number of rich features including interactive KPI charting, automated media notifications and an interactive map. The website also employs a responsive design, automatically adapting the site layout for tablets and phones like the iPad and iPhone.

Radcliffe’s Wines were looking to relaunch their Old World wines brand and increase online sales.  The key features that are used are the e-commerce, smart search, a custom module for stockists and a custom handler for creating categories, documents, search engine friendly URLs. There is Google maps integration for displaying wine stockists which is administered via the stockists custom module which gets its data from a Kentico custom table. The web site has received a fantastic reception from customers.

The new website of Northern Images makes authentic and pristine Inuit and Dené works of art available to collectors across the globe. The key area of the home page contains a slide show which serves as an online exhibit area. The image gallery supports multiple views of each work of art, which in turn is linked dynamically to the artist's biography and their community. This provides visitors and collectors the ability to quickly learn more about the art's origin and context. The client is reporting over 14 pages views per visit, and sales from across Canada and the United States.

The YMCA of Long Island is a charitable, not-for-profit community-based service organization. Since 1990, Mitsubishi Venezuela is dedicated to assemble, sell and import Japanese cars and their spare parts. Kentico was used to develop an effective and appealing site for Venezuelan market. This site offers useful data about car prices, features, photographs, information on maintenance, car dealers and events. JQuery technology was used to enhance the experience of navigating through the the site. The website has attracted an incredible amount of new visitors.
