Developing a content strategy is a combination of art and science. A well-developed content strategy understands the audience, then selects topics and finally defines an editorial calendar.
Now that you’ve completed your content strategy, take a step back and ask yourself the following questions:

Question 1: What content is targeted for our existing customers?
Let’s be honest, existing customers are essential. What are you doing to engage this key audience and move them further into evangelizing your product or solution?

Question 2: What content is targeted to your prospective customers?
Filling the funnel – I think that’s enough said.

Question 3: What content is targeted for your lapsed customers?
People that have engaged before are more likely to engage. What content is targeted towards understanding their journey and bringing them back?
