The Kentico Developer Newsletter is coming back!

   —

It’s been quite a while since the last Kentico Developer Newsletter, hasn’t it? Wait no more my friends as starting in April your digital Kentico digest will be heading your way again. As a Kentico developer I always enjoyed the great links and information they brought so I want to keep the knowledge flowing and will be sending these out once a month, usually within the first week.

I thought the previous newsletters were a great source of knowledge and I definitely didn’t want to take anything away. There will be a few changes in the content, so I decided to write up this blog to break it down. I will be separating the newsletter content into a few sections. The idea is to break out the different topics so you can easily jump to what interests you most.  Many of these were in the previous format so not too many surprises here.

Blogs
The first section of each edition will be dedicated to blogs. This area will highlight any articles you may have missed over the last month. We have a lot of great content being generated from Kentico staff, your MVPs, and other developers in the community. With so many blogs and articles getting produced it’s easy to miss one or two. This list will keep you up to date with the latest info and topics that are being discussed. I also want to make sure you easily find the author for each blog. You may find you really like a particular’s MVP style or topics so each link will let you know who wrote it.

Events
Another topic I’m going to highlight are industry events. These may be Kentico-hosted conferences (like the Connection series), partner-led activities, or just any other event that might be good to attend. I’ll try to get a good list of conferences, activities, and events from around the world so hopefully everyone can find something in their area. The community is growing and we have more and more Kentico-focused user groups and meetups popping up each week. This section should be a great place to see what is coming up in your area.

CMS / .NET / Cloud News
Occasionally, there are some big changes in the .NET, Cloud, and CMS worlds and I will use this section to let you know what’s new in these communities. This may be some great new JS library (because someone seems to make one every other day) or some really cool cloud capabilities you may not be aware of. As a developer these are topics I find interesting so hopefully you will, too.

So, there you have it. I hope these changes are helpful to you in your development. If you ever have an event you want to promote, a helpful blog, or just a comment on the newsletter, feel free to reach out to me at bryans@kentico.com. Now go code something awesome!
