New and Free: OAuth Twitter Feed, Custom Table Input Edit & Tag Cloud Friendly URLs

   —
Let's have a look at the newest free web parts in the Kentico Marketplace!
OAuth Twitter Feed

If you were using any of the Twitter web parts from our Marketplace for displaying Twitter feed on your website, you have probably noticed that it doesn't work anymore. This is because Twitter has released a new API v1.1 and the old Twitter API v1 has retired. But do not despair, there is a new OAuth Twitter Feed web part developed by Mark Coatsworth from The Pixel Shop, a Kentico Gold Partner from Canada. It uses the new Twitter API v1.1 and is available free from Kentico Marketplace.

Custom Table Input Edit

Another new addition to our Marketplace is the Custom Table Input Edit web part, developed by Brenden Kehren, a Kentico Partner from Wisconsin. It enables you to easily insert or update records in the custom table directly from your website, without using the CMS Desk or Site Manager Interface. You can also set a message to be displayed when a new record is submitted by a user or a URL to which he will be redirected. For more information or a free download, please visit the Marketplace.

Tag Cloud Friendly URLs

The Tag Cloud Friendly URLs web part was also developed by Brenden Kehren. With this web part you will be able to display friendly URLs to your website visitors after they click on a link within a tag cloud. For example, instead of a URL like 'http://localhost/Blog?tagid=3214', you can display 'http://localhost/Blog/Tag/Czech-Republic', which is better for SEO. This web part is also available free from Kentico Marketplace.
