Mater Health Foundation goes beyond healthcare services as the an organization is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare and education for the community of Queensland, Australia, and investing heavily in world-leading research. The aim of their new website was to provide relevant information to all Mater Foundation community programs and enable supporters to engage online quickly and easily. From the UX perspective, one of the key areas of the website was the Donation form which sits in a prominent position in the site header. The form is not only easy to manage, but it also tries to motivate visitors by text and graphic content. The site utilizes Paystream to process credit payments, which allows users to pay by VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Diners Club Credit Cards. Kentico’s Custom Tables Donation allows the storage of information and some reference data that can be used for further Analytics, Campaigns, and Conversions for tracking site performance and A/B Testing application.

From the beginning iGuzzini had a clear vision—they required a fresh and dynamic approach to their digital presence to reflect a new, modern, and an innovation-focused brand outlook. As a leading global lighting manufacturer specializing in architectural lighting, the website ought to deliver real value to a diverse set of users, such as architects, lighting designers, and engineers. The Kentico Personalization feature ensures that all these audience groups have access to customized content. The overall visibility of the website is increased through SEO improvements. The website is integrated with the client's CRM and CreateSend (Campaign Monitor), allowing the automated sending of emails including newsletters and of course enabling better tracking and capturing of user data. The result is quite impressive, a multilingual website utilizing various third party integrations hosted on MS Azure. October 2016 has seen a 17.81% increase in traffic compared to October 2015. Visitors have engaged more with the website—in October 2015 a visitor would visit 1.93 pages on average, now a user visits 4.93 pages on average, an increase of 157.64%. Desktop traffic year-on-year throughout October 2016 has increased by 19.84%, while mobile has increased by 29.99%.

Let’s move toward the project of Raiffeisen Leasing, which provides a comprehensive range of financial products for financing both movable property and real estate, including supplementary services. The goal of the website was to redesign the website based on Raiffeisen’s corporate identity and to create custom Forms/Configurators for gathering customer requirements. As part of the solution, ACTUM designed several unique Document Types that allow easy editing of the entire content, which is then automatically modified for each responsive display. Forms fully support the functionality of BizForms in data collection, mail notifications, and templates. This makes it possible for customers to see all data in the BizForm module. The new content structure also helped to keep users longer on the website and decreased the bounce rate by more than 50%. Mobile traffic increased by 125.15%, the overall traffic by 72.88%, an average visit duration shows an increase in the conversion path a by 39.8% to 2min 18sec, and page views increased by 28.75%.

The AEG Powertools brand is part of the TTi Group and they have been developing electronic tools for 100 years. The website was in need of a complete transformation in order to better showcase their product range, improve their content management capabilities, and enable them to improve their web presence. In terms of hosting, the website needed to be migrated onto Amazon Web Services (AWS) in line with the digital strategy that TTi had in place to consolidate their hosting onto a single platform. Kentico was chosen due to the user friendly Content Management it provides and the sophisticated online marketing tools available within Kentico EMS. Due to the plans for the website to be rolled out globally, the multi-lingual functionality was also ideal. MMT Digital completely reimagined the website in terms of both design and information architecture, introducing a clear navigation and product structure for an excellent user experience across all devices. Sophisticated search functionality has been added to ensure maximum exposure of the product range. As part of the content strategy for the website, product videos were incorporated to improve search rankings and increase visits to the website through Google searches for products. The inclusion of the videos, along with impactful imagery creates an engaging UX which effectively promotes the brand.

Financials for Office 365 has been expanding and the new website is playing a part in growing the brand. The new website will play a vital role in promoting the brand, acquiring new customers, and disseminating information to existing users. The project posed a few challenges such as requiring a quick turn-around time and logically organizing the content architecture for very distinct user groups. After launch, the site has seen much-improved traffic with over 50% more sessions and 30% longer average session time compared to the previous year. The site has some unique features including custom macros that were developed to output custom language tags for different regions. All regions utilize English, but the tags identify regions such as Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines.

There is shared log-in, order management, product catalog, and customer credit maintenance for all e-shops. Zebra Stores appreciate integration with their ERP system as they have absolute control over the products and store capacities of their six suppliers. Balikobot is an integration of many delivery services (www.balikobot.cz) that enables packages to be sent straight to customers. This integration saves hours per each order as only one click means contacting a delivery service. There is also integration with Fio Bank and KB (two Czech banks) as well as payment gateway GoPay and Czech price comparison system Heureka.cz. Zebrastores.cz currently connects 12 e-shops and dispatches more than 2,000 packages per month.

ICT West helps talented technology companies from western Canada to connect to a global audience at three of the world's top technology trade shows: Web Summit, CES, and Mobile World Congress. They needed an intuitive platform with rich search capabilities to facilitate meeting matching at these events. After ICT West was introduced to Kentico, they were immediately impressed by the benefits it provided over their existing Wordpress platform. Kentico helped to save time and by its ease-of-use, it enabled e-cubed to deliver the site within a very short timeline of only four weeks. Not only do they have a general directory, but they needed to be able to quickly deploy directories specific to each of their three global shows. These directories showcase a subset, in the full directory, of the companies that will be attending each respective show. The site is fully responsive and provides a strong search (categories, keyword, and province) with the ability to print off a full summary / details of each company based on the users’ specific search filters.

They ensure industry standards are being adhered to while actively working to improve industry and member opportunities. They needed a website that looks and feels modern, that could maximize its SEO, and provide dynamic content such as video and animation as well as a secure “member-only” area with a filtered set of access rules that will allow certain member types to only have access to certain types of content. The search facility allows the user to discover members of the ECA within a selected radius of the postcode or town entered and the search can be optionally refined by area of work and turnover. Member profiles contain contacts, location on a map, and links to their website and it is possible to contact them directly via a form on the website. New members can be Electrical Contractors, Engineers and Installers, Consultants and Specifiers, Clients of ECA members, and Electrical Manufacturers or Distributors. Industry Training Centers and Educational Institutions now have the opportunity to easily join the ECA online. All applications and member profiles are secured by the use of SSL encrypted traffic and CAPTCHA challenge-response testing.
