Kentico Gold Partner

Bang & Olufsen is a manufacturer of highly distinctive and exclusive televisions, music systems, loudspeakers, and multimedia products. They wanted to launch their first e-commerce store for the Australia and New Zealand markets. From a look and feel point of view, the site needed to have a strong visual impact on first-time visitors. The site needed to visually complement the brand’s high-end and distinctive designs whilst showcasing the product design itself. Kentico allowed for a quick development process, so the project was completed in a short timeframe. Some of the Kentico features utilized were the in-built discount facilities, tax calculations, e-commerce reporting, product options, etc. The site has also been built to leverage two cultures, one for Australia and one for New Zealand, in preparation for the imminent release of the New Zealand specific version of the site. This also incorporates multiple currencies for the two markets.

Ontario Arts Council
Implemented by Inorbital Inc.
Canada
Kentico Gold Partner

For more than 50 years, the Ontario Arts Council (OAC) has played a vital role in promoting and assisting the development of the arts for the enjoyment and benefit of Ontarians. Earlier, current and potential grant program applicants were not well served in how this information was presented. That’s why it was crucial to make it easier for users to find the granting program data. The website complies with AODA and IASR requirements, and it is also integrated with third-party systems like CRM and OAC’s Electronics Grants Management. The last mentioned allowed the solution to be extended by synchronizing the grants data into the custom tables and adding search and other content related functionality to it. As for improved user experiences and automation processes, the availability of Workflow, Versioning, Localization, Page Templates, and Widgets, among others, helped make the solution quicker to customize and extend as these were all modules that were available by default in Kentico.

Kentico Bronze Partner

Celebrity Cruises, a part of Royal Caribbean Cruises are one the UK's leading operators. They have 12 luxury ships travelling to 283 incredible destinations, all of which offer a unforgettable cruising experience. Bristol agency 3Sixty had the task of showcasing this spectacular offering. The previous Celebrity Cruises website looked ok and it worked fairly well, but 3Sixty wanted to move things further. Through extensive stakeholder research and user testing, they identified two key underlying audiences alongside multiple persona groups. This enabled the creation of an intuitive experience and focused content for both these core journeys. From a technical point of view, the project contained multiple integration points, huge data imports, and a legacy reliance on third-party platforms to deal with. Further integration took place with Siebel CRM and email broadcast system, ExactTarget. The website which was launched just before Christmas shows an increase in traffic of 66% percent whilst page views are up by an impressive 92% this is really significant in terms of user engagement. It has also seen an increase in sales and a boost in digital revenue compared to the same period before launch.

As one of the premier real estate brands, LJ Hooker has a responsibility to their many customers right across the country. These 600 websites were created from five full structured sites across commercial, franchise, investing, corporate, and rural. It was necessary to customize information for local branches and across business channels allowing fast content updating. A quite charming feature of the site is its ability to give virtual reality tours, adapt to multiple systems, and fit neatly into LJ Hooker’s existing systems and technology. Creating LJ Hooker’s websites took Webcoda five months from engagement to deployment. They have launched all 600 websites without any error and based on continuous feedback since the beginning, the client is happy with the final result. We cannot forget analytics as they have seen a strong result in traffic increases as well as conversion of search and click through.

Ramseier und Stucki Architekten
Implemented by Maxomedia AG
Switzerland
Kentico Gold Partner

Ramseier und Stucki AG is an architecture and contractor firm in the Bern region of Switzerland, focusing on private apartment buildings. Their former website presence was out of date, not responsive, and did not represent their positioning. As they were aware of the importance of a “state of the art” site, the main goals of the new site were set quite clearly to increase sales, increase in visitors’ engagement, improvement of website administration tasks, and reduction of bounce rate. There were a few challenging areas within the website development, for example, when the Maxomedia team needed to create specific forms for a newsletter, building a search tool, and contact form. The site is also integrated with the MailChimp newsletter solution. End clients appreciate Kentico’s ease of use and intuitiveness and are really satisfied with the overall website performance.

Gordian
Implemented by Burns Marketing
USA
Kentico Gold Partner

Gordian is the world’s leading construction cost data, software, and services for all phases of the construction lifecycle. Gordian’s original site was not performing to the level of excellence they require. Being partially SaaS based, they had expectations for performance, reliability, and ease of use. Site load speeds were dragging, and certain areas of the site were unintuitive, yet offered important and valuable information. So it was necessary to improve site speed, update its knowledge center – now known as the resource center, and increase the flexibility of its Content Management. The use of Kentico widgets specifically enabled a way to customize the site and additional pages based on the pre-configured widgets that were available in other areas of the site. Performance has significantly changed—before Kentico, average page load speed was greater than five seconds and after Kentico implementation, it is less than one second.
