International Needs Australia is a Christian not-for-profit organization providing humanitarian aid to the world's developing countries. After their very successful campaign called 'Just One Day' (Site of the Year 2015 Finalist), which is based on Kentico, INA wanted to use Kentico for the main site. The organization relies on donations, so the website needed to be appealing, engaging, and the donation experience had to be super-easy. Because of that, key elements of the redesign were connected to the e-commerce functionality. A combination of Standard Products for Great Gifts and Donations for General Giving & Sponsorship were utilized. Donors can also choose an option related to donation frequency and gender. Catch up facility for donors gives them the possibility to submit donations for missed payments. The payment process is ensured by eWay payment gateway.

After the purchase of the Magnolia Home brand, Standard Furniture needed a new website that would support the demands of high traffic volume due to the brand’s TV show on HGTV. They also required custom development and integration with their custom ERP. Managing a high traffic volume was made easier by hosting on Microsoft Azure. All the effort resulted in a B2C as well as a B2B e-commerce website where their retail customers can place orders directly to Standard’s manufacturing locations as the site is integrated with Standard Furniture’s AS400 ERP order system. All orders are maintained from three different locations, but aggregated into a single location. An integration with Sendgrid custom API was chosen for email delivery. The website has seen an awesome 19% increase in the average monthly site users, a 17.5% increase in new users, a 74% increase in session duration for mobile users, and a 2.5% increase in search traffic due to SEO improvements. This speaks for itself, doesn’t it?

Hosted by the Association of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario, DesignThinkers is the largest graphic design conference of its kind in Canada. Now in its 18th year, The Pixel Shop partnered with the design agency, ReThink Vancouver, to bring the conference to life online. Kentico 10 was selected for the project because of its ease of development, performance, and the design flexibility afforded by Kentico. The DesignThinkers website was built in a little more than two weeks and it’s hosted with Microsoft Azure to streamline deployments and ensure great site performance. Content editors and administrators find the site extremely easy to use, with most day-to-day updates being managed exclusively by the client. The 2017 DesignThinkers website launched to rave reviews and will serve as a solid foundation for the conference, for years to come.

As a successful merchant bank in healthcare, TripleTree’s has long been the source of market insight for both investors and businesses alike. TripleTree set two main goals for their new website that was created within eight weeks. First, create a responsive site enabling their employees to easily create and publish blog posts and research articles. The second goal was to tell the story of the company’s unique DNA by bringing together what was previously two websites into one domain (their former website was built on Concrete5 and the blog built on WordPress). The TripleTree team appreciates Kentico Editing Workflow. They currently manage all content within a staging instance and pushes out content to production on regular planned intervals. The website is also integrated with Pardot, as TripleTree uses Salesforce CRM, so there are some Pardot embeds and scripts throughout the new TripleTree website.

Cleveland Metroparks

Located throughout Greater Cleveland, Ohio, Cleveland Metroparks boasts an extensive nature system made up of conservation areas, eight developed lakefront parks, golf courses, more than 300 miles of trails, and nationally-acclaimed zoo spanning more than 23,000 acres. Their former website was difficult to navigate, lacked e-commerce integration, and operated on an outdated content management system. A sitemap, designed by thunder::tech, organized content in a way that made it easy for users to seamlessly navigate the site and find what they needed. Then, thunder::tech began building out various pages and the site structure in Kentico. The new site pulled all of the content from the previously separate websites for dining, the zoo, and golf into one unified site. To improve upon the legacy e-commerce system, thunder::tech implemented a new import system that brought all information into Kentico so that e-commerce is integrated into their point of sale.

Bay Shore Systems is a manufacturer of foundation drill rigs used worldwide. They needed to update their digital presence as their previous website was non-responsive, difficult to navigate, and did not reflect the cutting-edge engineering capabilities of the team or its stellar customer service. The goal was clear: to grow the company’s visibility and generate more leads online. GA:CREATIVE created a YouTube custom module that allows administrators to show everything from a single video, to a playlist, to a list of videos based on a search term. Another important aspect of the website is a Drill Comparison module that utilizes information from a Custom Table. Users can select from a drop-down of available rigs, and then they can see specific comparable information. Adding a blog allows for keeping the content fresh, and having a lead capture form present on every page allows for building a list of interested followers. Within a listing of events, prospects and customers can connect with the company in person.

The Radboud university medical center (Radboudumc), is the hospital affiliated with the Radboud University Nijmegen. All of their activities–patient care, education, and research–is centered on people and their quality of life. A plan was devised to provide a digital service that is in line with the mission: ‘To have a significant impact on healthcare.’ The main goal was to develop one website where patients, visitors, healthcare professionals, and students can find information more directly and more efficiently. TrueLime implemented the Kentico Model-View-Controller (MVC), which helps with full control on the HTML. Content editors from different departments need to adhere to the one central web design that is developed. Editors are able to develop relevant web pages, to which they can link related content, and this content will be automatically structured to the central web design. The first results showed a significant decrease in page loading time and the out-of-the-box Kentico Web Farm Support resulted in better website security.

Founded in 1998 by MetLife and AXA, MAXIS Global Benefits Network is a cluster of nearly 140 insurance companies in 110 markets. With offices in New York, Paris, and London, Maxis GBN is a truly global organization. The company required a new, fresh, and customer-centric corporate web platform to meet its promotional and marketing needs globally, and to support the network’s sales team. They needed a highly-secure corporate intranet and extranet that fully integrated with its customer-facing web platform. i3 Digital set up the Azure Hosting Environment, Business Continuity back-ups, and penetration testing. They also provided Business Class 9-5 SLA for on-going support, help desk provision, and performed tweaks to the delivered platform. The i3 Digital team was challenged by an extremely tight deadline, as Maxis-GBN desperately wanted to showcase its new website at the launch of its new London office in February 2017.

WNJ is the largest law firm in West Michigan. In this revision of their website, WNJ was looking to convert its non-responsive site to a more modern, mobile-first design that made it easier for potential clients to contact their professionals. The reason why WNJ chose Kentico over other CMS’ came down to how flexible the solution is, how much functionality came out of the box, and how robust and scalable it is. Using the Kentico Portal Engine, BizStream easily built Page Templates using a clean, modern design. Built-in Content Management functionality allows the display of professional information on various pages to encourage contact from potential clients. Kentico’s Online Forms were used as lead generation tools as well. Kentico’s Internal Accessibility Validation Tool found areas of the site that did not follow WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines for accessibility, and so the BizStream team could fix them quickly. The website is also integrated with ShareThis tool to quickly add sharing and printing ability to every page on the site.

Associated Packaging is a midsized distributor of packaging products and services. They help companies build custom solutions for product packaging and provide the products to maintain operations. The goal of this project was for the Associated Packaging marketing team to utilize this website build as a training environment for future and larger projects such as The challenge was to create a brochure site separate from the corporate website, focused on an industry shift in the way shipping is priced. DIM Weight or Dimensional Weight is a methodology of pricing shipping that encourages companies to use right size packaging to reduce wasted space on trucks. Associated Packaging wanted to utilize the EMS marketing suite to help build marketing automation to build lead lists and create revenue through those prospects. Ntara plans to work with the client to expand the websites marketing automation in the future.

DollarWise Oil delivers heating oil for its residential and commercial customers via an on-demand model. iMedia built an integration to DollarWise Oil’s proprietary fulfillment system and implemented very specific business rules that protected properties such as: overfilling, limited the company’s exposure to liability by detecting when an oil tank needed to be inspected for safety, adhered to local and state regulations, and honored guaranteed pricing for a specific window. Marketing automation capabilities are here utilized, not only to send out shopping cart abandonment emails but also, in real time, to pull critical information from the fulfillment system to facilitate the abandonment flow. Beyond cart abandonment emails, iMedia utilizes the EMS to build and send promotional emails, contact management, web analytics, and lead scoring. Since a website launch in January 2015, DollarWise has seen more than a 15% increase in total gallons sold year-over-year via their web orders.
