Get attachemnet error
I am trying to create a thumbnail with (?width) to show an image, the problem is when I put the width works with some images with other images doesnt and show and error:
"Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow."

This link show the error:
http://www.bnd.com.au/getattachment/66effd2d-28c5-4b7d-bb2b-e5951b897dd0/Rollermasta-(1)?width=184

This link works:
http://www.bnd.com.au/getattachment/a498e6ea-65bd-47bd-93d1-33f4a7eb7c3f/Entry-Keypad?width=184

Anyway with the link which shows the error if I remove the parameter (?width=184) it works but the problem is I need generate thumbnails.

So which is the possible solution for it?

RE:Get attachemnet error
Hello Mauricio,

Could you please tell me which exact version of Kentico are you running? Do you have the latest hotfix installed? If not, could you please install it as first?

Best regards,
Martin Danko

RE:Get attachemnet error
Hi Mauricio,

To keep you inform... I'm checking it with our development team. As this is happening just in a very specific situations it's harder to say where the issue could be.

Thanks for understanding.

Best regards,
Martin Danko

RE:Get attachemnet error
Hi Mauricio,

as your first image is not available anymore, could you please send both images to support@kentico.com and into e-mail please write a link to this forums thread and address it directly to me -> Martin Danko. We need both images to find the source of this issue, we are not able to reproduce it with testing images.

Thanks!

RE:Get attachemnet error
I'm getting the same error:

You can use this image:
http://www.babygroup.co.za/getmetafile/08736b75-ca2d-49b3-b333-71d4578daa50/BabyGroup_Shop_Changing_Wipes_Pampers_Sensitive_1.aspx

And if I append the querystring:
?width=190&height=190

I get:
Message: Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow.

RE:Get attachemnet error
Hi Bryan,

are your site running on Azure? Because my colleague experienced a similar issue and re-uploading the image fixed it.

Best Regards,
Martin Danko

RE:Get attachemnet error
Hi Martin,
Yes, running on the Azure service, but not Kentico-"Powered by Azure", if you know what I mean?

Anyway, it's only one or two images that I can tell at the moment, and a fairly new error, so I'll try uploading them again. All good, thanks :)

RE:Get attachemnet error
I haven't actually noticed the issue in a long while since upgrading to hotfix 46. Not sure if that's at all related though...?
