Hello.

Could you describe more in details folder/document structure of this navigation part and how exactly did you run the synchronization? I.e. did you synchronize only selected document, whole sub-tree or whole section? Do synchronized documents exist in your content repository, but not in the navigation web part, or do they not exist in the content repository neither?
