Member	Red - 4/7/2013 8:39:54 PM "New File" button not working on Chrome While working on my my site I noticed that the New File link button at the Media Library Properties is not working on Chrome Version 26.0.1410.43 m. The hover effect works but the link does not. I tried using Firefox and it work fine. Using Kentico v7.0.28

Our developers are already looking into this for any workarounds/fixes available. It should be fixed in this weeks hotfix. Best regards, Juraj Ondrus

Hi Juraj,

I just came across this exactly issue, I am using Kentico v6.0.21. Because I have a few other web applications integrated, its been really difficult to apply to apply the hotfixes (as I end up having to manually modifiy all the other app layers).

Is there a way of fixing this issue individually, without having to apply the entire hotfix?

Hi,

First of all, hotfixes are being released for the latest published version - which is version 7.
However, we know, that this affects older sites too - but the issue does not seem to be on our side - the same as when FireFox released a buggy version that affected not only Kentico sites :-(

Anyway, our developers are working on this and if the fix is easy/simple and also applicable for our older versions, we will definitely share it. Stay tuned to the DevNet portal - blogs and bugtracker section.
