I have the same issue with Kentico, which is running on web farm, but uses the same (shared) source code.

I've noticed, that when i disable one (of two existing) server system rebuilds search index.

Once index was rebuilt i enabled second server and some time later i noticed that index is marked to be rebuilt again. - Does Execute smart search scheduled task broke it again?

Rebuilding of search index when both servers are enabled fails.

Any suggestions?
