Hello.

Could you please check that all your tables in your database using the default "dbo." prefix? Is that so, or are there any which have different prefix or none? If so, changing default schema to “dbo” could help.

Also, could you please make sure the user which you are using in the connection string/connection to the database, has the correct schema and user assigned to it?

Make sure you are in the sysadmin role in the DB when running the upgrade process.
