Which program? The Kentico website or some other program?

If you're talking about updating the software to new hot fixes and releases, use the Kentico Instalation Manager (KIM). I don't believe unless you write some custom program to run the KIM tool that you'll be abe to do this automatically.

applying hotfix automatically is not possible. You may have to check for update when the program (KIM) starts but you have to apply it manually. But it is very easy to do and all hotfixes are cumulative so you only need to apply the latest one. New hotfix is released every friday.
