This upgrade package is not released yet. It should be available within a few weeks (in time of the Prague Connection).

Of course... it's released for a few months already. As was mentioned, you can download it from our website: http://www.kentico.com/Support/Support-files/Upgrades with the instructions in the attached PDF file.
